PressXO respects the copyright rights of others. If you believe any content on our site infringes your copyright, you can request a takedown.

How to Submit a Takedown Notice

Send an email to team@https://pressxo.com with the subject line: DMCA Notice – PressXO. Your message must include:

  1. A description of the copyrighted work.

  2. The URL(s) of the allegedly infringing content.

  3. Your contact details (name, email, address).

  4. A statement under penalty of perjury that you own the rights or are authorised to act.

  5. Your signature (typed is fine).

Our Response Timeline

  • We will review and act on valid DMCA notices within 3 business days.

  • If the request is valid, we’ll remove or restrict the content and notify the user who posted it.

Counter-Notice

If you believe we removed content by mistake, you may submit a counter-notice with:

  1. Your contact details and signature.

  2. The URL of the removed content.

  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the removal was a mistake.

We’ll review it within 3 business days and may restore the content unless the original complainant takes legal action.

Repeat Infringement

Accounts that repeatedly receive valid takedown requests may be suspended or terminated.

Final Note

We do not develop most of the content on PressXO. We redistribute items licensed by third parties (e.g., GPL). If you believe we’ve listed your work improperly, please reach out via DMCA notice and we’ll handle it swiftly.
