What we collect, why we collect & how we handle them.

1. Acceptance

PressXO operates a store that provides access to download WordPress items collected from third-party brands and developers. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these developers unless explicitly stated.

2. Access and Enrollments

To access downloads on PressXO, you must have an active subscription or purchase access. The downloads provided are licensed under various licenses, including but not limited to the GNU General Public License (GPL), custom split licenses, or brand-specific terms.

The applicable license for each product is displayed next to its listing.

3. Licensing

All software items are released under GPL unless otherwise stated. This allows you to use them on unlimited websites for personal or commercial use. However, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with the license attached to each item.

4. Purchase and Payments

  • A purchased license key includes 7 days of support.

  • A preactivated product includes 30 days of support and update access if your account remains active.

  • All payments are processed manually.

  • We do not store your card details or charge you automatically.

  • You must manually complete payment for each renewal or purchase.

5. Support & Disclaimer

We provide sales-related support only. This includes:

  • Payment or checkout errors

  • Billing issues

  • New item requests

  • Difficulty locating a product or page

We do not provide technical support for the actual use of themes/plugins. For that, please purchase directly from the original developer.

Optionally, you may hire our WordPress experts for hands-on support.

6. Accounts

Users must create or log in to an account to purchase or download items. If you forget your password, you can reset it.

Users under 18 years of age should not register. If you are below 18, kindly ask someone of legal age to complete the purchase for you.

7. Product Updates

Active users will receive updates to preactivated items for the duration of their access.

8. Delivery

After completing a successful checkout, your download access is instantly assigned.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice. Grounds for termination include but are not limited to:

  • Excessive negative behaviour toward PressXO

  • Fraudulent activities

  • Requests for pirated items

  • Hacking, spamming, or illegal activity

  • Suspicious account activity

  • Invalid or misleading account information

10. Pricing and Billing

Prices may change without prior notice. You will be notified if major changes affect your subscription.

11. Privacy

We do not sell or share your personal data. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

12. Legal Compliance

You are responsible for complying with the laws of your country when using our service.

 

Refund Policy

Overview

Refund eligibility lasts for up to 5 days from the date of successful purchase. After this period, refunds may no longer be granted.

To be eligible for a refund, the following conditions must be met:

  • The request is made within 5 days of purchase.

  • The item was purchased individually (not as part of a promotional sale or membership).

  • “Item not working” is not a strong enough reason for eligibility.

  • The item is not part of a membership plan.

  • You must not have left a negative review about our service on any platform.

Considerations

Subscription plans are non-refundable. By purchasing a membership, you gain access to over 3,000 resources hosted on our platform. Refunds will only be considered in the following cases:

  • You are unable to log in.

  • You cannot access or download any resource.

Once a membership is used to download resources from our repo, and those downloads are functional, refunds will not be granted.

If a specific item does not meet your needs, you are encouraged to try an alternative from our extensive library. For instance, if Avada Theme doesn’t work, you may try Formidable Forms instead, all covered under your membership.

As we are only redistributors (not developers), we do not guarantee compatibility with your particular setup. Learn more about this on our Licensing page.

Before requesting a refund, you must provide a receipt or valid proof of purchase.

Partial Refunds

In some cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, such as:

  • Accounts with suspicious activity (see our Security page).

  • Failure to provide reasonable evidence for refund claims.
